1 can Crown Prince Crab Meat, drained and rinsed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons picante sauce
2 tablespoons prepared or fresh horseradish
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, picante sauce and horseradish; mix well. Stir in the crab meat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields 1 cup. Serves 6.
NOTE: Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
