Ready to use in sauces, salad dressings, pizzas and savory butters, our Anchovy Paste is created with the same care as our Anchovy Fillets in the traditional Moroccan manner. Wild caught anchovies are cured, processed into a paste and packed in easy to use tubes. No pantry is complete without Crown Prince Natural Anchovy Paste!

Anchovies are prepared using the oldest known method of preserving food - salt curing. We start with the highest quality fresh anchovies and place them in barrels in alternate layers with sea salt. Maturing occurs from 3-12 months. A slower maturing process is better for extended shelf life. After curing, workers clean and pack the anchovies by hand in pure olive oil. Their unique flavor is perfect for salads, casseroles and as a pizza topper.
